Uses of 3 way manifold valve

Depending on the need, 3-way manifolds are employed in several fluid power applications. 3-way Manifolds can be used to mount valves or to consolidate pipework in both hydraulics and pneumatics. Types of 3 way manifold valves

1. Differential Pressure Transmitter Direct Mounting

2. Differential Pressure Transmitter - Closed Coupled - Direct Mounting

The tight coupling, which combines a pressure manifold with a fire-safe process valve, is the ideal combination of a DBB root valve, process tubing, fittings, and a three-way manifold with a bracket into one unit. This type of valve also lowers the height of the installation.

3. Mounting a Differential Pressure Transmitter from afar

As the liquid level in the tank fluctuates, remote mounting seal systems react to changes in process pressures as well as changes in static pressure above the liquid. An oil-filled capillary transmits these pressure fluctuations to a differential pressure transmitter-sensor. The temperature, pressure, and media composition of the process are all compatible with the incompressible oil utilized in the capillaries and seals.

 

The transmitter is normally positioned near the high-pressure process connection or at ground level. The change in level in the tank or vessel affects the HP & LP pressure points, and this change in pressure is monitored using a differential pressure transmitter, which then determines the tank or vessel's equivalent level.

4. Transmitter with Direct Mounting

The Direct Pressure Transmitter is a pressure-measuring gadget that can be used for a variety of purposes. This single instrument may measure pressure differences, positive pressures, negative pressures, and even absolute pressures by connecting the "high" and "low" sensing ports in different ways.

5. Manifold for Gauge

Manifold gauge sets, often known as HVAC gauges or refrigeration gauges, are used to diagnose and repair refrigerators and cooling systems. They employ digital or mechanical gauges to measure low and high refrigerant pressure to diagnose problems like leaks or to help in system evacuation and recharging.
